aussie 4 speed with bench seat

Post by matches »

hi,
i'm wondering if a bench seat shift lever (the gooseneck one) can be used when fitting a 186/ aussie 4 speed combo with a bench seat? has anyone tried it? more to the point, has anyone succeeded?
thanks, luke.

Talk to Smooth Customs , he made a VERY neat shifter to suit 4sp with bench seat , if you do a search on here it will turn up.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

I have seen one in a FC and the seat was modified to go around the shifter. Looked quite good.
