"the outsiders" looking for pics, info or dvd of a old tv show on abc tv in 1976 and repeated every so often it had as the main prop a ej or eh ute and andrew keir and a german actor sascha hehn it was a co production with german tv co made by portman productions

Oh Yes "Charlie" the old fellow and "Pete"the badly dubbed German actor traveling in their EH ute, would love to get a copy myself :)

yes and the dubbed voice was done by steve bisley n ray barrett was petes dad the shows theme song was done by doug parkinson , they were in a different town every week any where from kalgoolie to barrossa valley to cairns

anyone remember a TV show on in the mid to late '70s on ABC called Movin' on ??? It was based on truckies . I thought it might have got a mention on that site but theres nothing :cry:

"The Crossing" - Anyone know if that is available anywhere.

I remember The Outsiders - good old school telly!

The old guy in it was a grumpy old bastard from memory, lol.

Must be getting old remembering stuff like that :shock:

A couple of us went and saw the EK (what was left of it) out of 'The Crossing" when on the 2002 FB EK Nationals.
The movie starred a very young Rusty Crowe..but a pretty dull movie :roll: compared to other Aussie classics.

i remember many episodes of the outsiders but one thats sticks in my mind was they were in a pub somewhere in qld and old charlie had been champion head butter just like to rams fighting it out n punting on the outcome with latest young champ of the pub quality viewing back in the day

hi holden lovers i am new to this sight,just reading comments on the EK holden from cross roads,i could have brought that car back in 1997 when i was leaving in Kempsey, it had all the paper work to say it was the real deal, but i snoozed and lost the car last i heard a holden lover from macksville NSW brought it,regards shmeagain

i meant the crossing not cross roads, and when i was living in kempsey not leaving it,years of sumpoil and thinners does affect your health,what am i doing where am i,shmeagain
