Six Banger Nats

Post by thropzed »

Hi Guys and Gals, I have been speaking to Mark from the Smokers Car Club that host the Six Banger Nats and he is quite interested to run a Grey Motor class at this years event. So all you Grey heads need to get to this event. You will need to have a Stack Hat and Lap Sash seat belt and what ever else will be sorted when you get there!

Now your talking, a grey motor class would be tops. :!:

How many cars would they need to make the class a goer Theo?
I wont run my FB but would be great to support this event with a bit of GREY POWER.. !!

Theres something realistic to aspire too as well,
A road legal, grey motor powered fb/ek capable of pulling some good class times.. :D :D :D I bet the sky wont fall on you if you dont set any land speed records..

But i bet a pair of the finned beauties lining up in "hot stock" configuration will be more exciting than watching the CommonDoor brigade.

Hey craig,
I have done twenty years at Boggo Road already!
Oh! I found a bloke in the next suburb thats got a norman he said I could have for the weekend! Don't know if I got time to bolt it on and test before we race! Have fitted my racing harness and hoping scrutineering won't knock it back. Now just need the good race juice and I'll look for ya in me rear vision mirror!!!

Damn, this sounds cool. Always wanted to get closer to the guts of drag racing, but just never ran with any cats who were into it. My wife has discovered the joys of the Nostalgia series though so that's pretty cool.
Good luck guys...go hard!!
