Jim,

What an absolutely superb piece of metal your car is, I personally think that some people make the mistake of trying to make old tin into a modern vehicle with modern paint colours and silly looking wheels that just don't suit the car but in this case those wheels and the colour are outstanding! They really look the part. How far off are you to fitting the chrome and lights as that big ass end is going to look fantastic when it's finished.

Great job mate and please keep the pics coming. BTW I hate it that your car aint mine :)

Nige, thank you for your very kind words about my car, it will be a little while before i get it together as i still have quite a lot to do, and as wag62 said i only get so much time to work on it.
My business keeps me flat out as i restore cars for a living, also iam waiting for some parts to arrive from the states, but it will definately be finished by xmas this year. cheers Jim.

Hi sunnymick i think you have me mixed up with some one else mate, because if a guy tells me that he has a 59 chevy i will stand there and chat all night. in my mind they are the ultimate motor vehicle ever made, and i wish there were more of them around. cheers Jim.

Half way along the flat side panel of the delivery you should see the reflection of someone standing on the roof of the garage. The optical illusion of the reflection makes him look as if he's leaning on a slight angle against a structure. Anyone else see it now?
