Deluxe Warmaride Heater fitting instructions

Hi all, I am not sure where to post this, but here looks good!

I have a deluxe Warmaride heater and want to fit it to the car, it is the one with the fresh air flaps on the side of the top unit.
I currently have the regular one with no fresh air flaps so I know most of the fit up with regards to controls etc, but just not sure where the rod controller goers for the top flaps, or how it works with the regular fresh air flap.

Can anyone let me know the connections to hook this up properly? perhaps a copy of some fitting instructions?

and should be able to help you out.
