well holly is now lowered. 4th April was a very good day a couple of mates came around to lower her and we all finished the day off with a beeer. wasnt as low on the front as the back was so shaun cut 1 coil off the spring.... took her for a drive into charlestown dropped into super cheap and i took a pic while i could and this is the result......
Looks pretty kooool!
what do yas think? thought it could be a bit more lower on the front but i think i will settle a bit more....

looks . what springs did you start with? did you buy lowered springs or just cut the originals? same for the rear, did you get reset springs or lowering blocks?
Luke.
I bought 2" lowering blocks and springs from lovells.
Part numbers HFL-56 and LbHr50...
First of all we just put the srpings on the front...but didnt make hardly any diff at all. next morn hubby cut 1 coil to see how it went made a diff but still not as low as the back......
cool thanks, its a shame they don't make the superlow for king pin front. luckily for me i've got the hr front so i'll be going with the superlows, then get my rears reset LOOOOW .
your car looks great, hopefully next time we're down there we will be able to see it. (plus you'll be able to meet the reason i was down there last time.

I like the look, Bev.
The "launching" look was BIG in the 60's.
Matches, are you talking about springs or lowered front axles? I would'nt mind lowered axles on my HR front end (even though it's lowered enough..any lower it'd need castors on the crossmember so I could get in my driveway! )
Scotty.
