hey smooth know what yor talking about, but there isn't to many rotaries that go anymore, and i've replaced the sleepless nights with a motel not as much fun can't drink :( but it's quiet at night and with air con is warm or cool whatever you want
as for damage to vehicles, i know it happens in 20 years i guess i've been lucky only had 1 car damaged and that was just a shitter that one of the traders reversed into, and i end up getting paid more than the car owed me, and had the quater panel muraled and it end up in every magazine that did a coverage :D 8)
also will admit if i lived in victoria i would be going to kustom nats aswell cause thats more what i'm into

Gidday Mick,

I still have a copy of the Canberra Times article with a photo of your (my)
ute at Summernats 14(?).

I'm not entering this year but could meet you there with the ute?

Regards Mark

lynchpin a couple of pics are there under ratbox EK i've bumped it back to the top, it wasn't anything special as in a show car, the award is given out for doin' laps, i've actually won over the 20 years the summernats has been on won top cruiser 4 times and a mate that i was with won it once, as you may figure i love cruising :D

I remeber that car, with no door handles and a chain gear stick. It was on ebay not that long ago.

Nice looking car but i now understand what top cruiser is. you must chuck some laps to win

it's about 250-300k drive each way to and from the nats for me and i spend ALOT more on fuel doin' laps down there than i do on fuel getting to and from the nats
but i got top cruiser at the 20th and that'll do me if i go anymore i won't be shooting for any goals just going for a look, still really don't know what to do this year as it's the 21st
i'de like to go to the kustomnats as it seems more what i'm into, too much late model shit and dickheads at summernats these days

Yeah , I`m hearin` ya Ratbox, there was so many late models at Summernats it looked like a Coles carpark - we were only there for about 2 hours and had seen enough :? Best part of the day was catching up with Fatboy to put a face to a name :D
