Ratbox Poppers

Hey Guys,
I have been searching for the "how to" on the ratbox door poppers but cant seem to find it.
If there isnt one, then ratbox can you please post up the steps??

If he does I think the mods need to make a sticky out of it so it doesn't get burried down the pages...

it's easy but kinda hard to explain

there is something on here somewhere

J you see austmod he's done it so should be able to explain it
