No camping, $45 for a family for the weekend (which after going to the zoo a few days before is good value!). Event T extra if you want it.
So you have a rough idea of when it falls on the same weekend as Summernats next year.
thanks DR does the $45 include car and being able to crooze the track
don't worry about the zoo $60 one day to walk into the summernats

that's IF the summernats are even on next year, been wanting to go to kustomnats for a while but been kinda intrenched in the summernats thing like a habbit that i finally took steps this year to break

don't know if you could answer this but would accom be hard or near impossable to get

$45 is for two adults and not sure how many kids, entry with car both days and once inside you sign a form get an extra wristband which allows track access.

And people have a go at John about his prices!!! Guess they should look at other events huh, at least John donates some of the profits to Charity, just doesn't make a big song and dance about it....

Accomadation isn't impossible but it is peak season down there. San Remo just off the island also offers some possibilities. Either way plenty of options just have to do some ringing round. Rentals, caravans and hotel motels are plentiful.

Its also the I'll do as you say as we don't have the insurance cover for racing or burnouts. I don't think anyone was thrown out for doing burnouts this time although a few warnings were handed out.

Its a great piece of bitumen thats for sure. Plus a photographers playground.... 8)

Yes I heard the 'extra' warnings put over the PA a couple of times.
Must have been a few gooses out there.
Great views from the track too.
Not hard to understand why people enjoy the place

The photos of the event look great
And the more that are posted, the more interesting cars that were there appear

I like all the popular makes and models, but some are getting so common and over exposed. But popularity is a personal thing

I like the individual approach, that get the "what is that" responce.

One shot out of the front of the Cuzzo on the track shows a not so common Karmin Gia and what looks like a yellow and white Vauxhall. that is like a scaled down FB or EK. Anyone got any pictures of it

Will have to get down there one year.

I think this is the way to go next year loved the summernats for many years but really getting over it closer to home cheaper, looks like a better variety of cars....thumbs up all round

 Left the video Camera home....

Smooth we got passed by the Vauxhall on the way down and we were sitting just on 60mph! Obviously not so stock. Sorry no pics though. The variety there was sensational.

The one you are thinking of is a 54 55 Wyvern, with murals on the bonnet and boot. It was at Motor Ex last year and I think at the Summernats this year

The one in the photo is possibly a 58 59 Vauxhall Victor, a slightly smaller car.
