anybody got any tips on removing the holden badge from the boot of an FB without damaging it thanks

There was a story on here a while back with pics on how to remove glovebox badge, I guess same would apply to boot badge.

Gotta do same myself down the track a bit and not looking forward to it, bloody brittle pins break easy :evil: :evil: :evil: .

I guess copious amounts of WD40 over multiple days and prise the badge off evenly and slowly around the area of the pins??

Bloody pins corrode to the retainers and become brittle and then break as soon as you fart in the badges general direction. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

got it off quite easily :) 1 pin was already broken off :(

sorry craig after seeing what the last one sold for on ebay that's the only reason i removed it :roll: :twisted:
