i have the same dilema with my ute, i am thinking i will be blanking the rear door as theres no standard commodore wheel that will slide into it anyways so i figure trap door in the tray or something similar and have the wheel there then just probably the wagon rear bumper with the slimeline overriders!
i'm not grafting the fins on though
(because i don't like the look of them on utes)

Well the spare wheel door got deleted.
I needed a spot for the fuel filler.
All the welding is nearly done,
just a couple of small things left to do.
Here's a pic of the new rear end.
The spare wheel door has been filled, and a
sedan rear panel has also been added to fit the curve of the bumper.
The fuel filler had to be lowered down from its sedan position to fit this application..

An outdoor shot to show its new lines.

A profile shot

Cheers
