.Val did'nt own the Dodge, another mate Mark Hemmingway (Mopar to his mates) owned it for many years then sold it out of the blue to a transport owner in Queensland. Think it was later sold to someone in W.A. (that's what I heard anyway?). Val also owns the Rammer..or what's left of it & made a copy of 'Shake Rattle 'n' Roll'.
Paul Kelly (Smooth Customs) might be working on the silver 53/54 Chev ute that is seen in the movie too!
Another bit of Aussie movie trivia is I owned the wheels & frame of a Suzuki GSX 1100 that was one of the bikes in Mad Max 2...but we don't need another hero.
