Don't think they are available new anywhere now, not even Rare Spares.NOS ones do appear on evilbay VERY OCCASIONALLY.
You could try Craig Vayne Sheetmetal in QLD as he said he can make anything as long as he has a template to go from.
Haven't got his number at hand but may be able to find it given some time unless someone else here has his ph number.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Found Craig's username on ebay, bit still can't find his ph number.
Type in the "find a member" bit this username "craigv2425"
He sells 1/2 door skins for FB/EK front and rear doors for $49 and that's a pretty good price.
Send him a message via the messages thingo and ask him can he do full door skins?
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

fold over on the edges like the original doors or are they drilled and
spot welded. any advise would be helpful.

Probably best to send Craig a message via Evilbay and ask for his phone number. Then he can give you an answer to your questions over the telling bone.
