 PMSL rb!
That's what Ro said when I said lets pop in. Thought I was nuts for suggesting it till I reminded him that's how we met Ronnie B.
Although my mechanic told me a bit about Ron first because I asked if he knew any Holden people in town. I asked for Ron's phone number but he told me to just pop in to Ron's, he's nice and would be happy to talk Holdens with us. Mechanic told me he had the nicest EK that the boys drool over when he brings it in for service/rego.

Will do the same and ask a couple of people that might know the highway man first. His cars are 8) but don't want to be murdered
So what's new with you RB?

Thanks for the compliments retro.

Theres no clear over the paint, she's just been buffed with cutting compound at this stage, waiting for some polish to turn up which I ordered last week, so we can give her a polish by hand.

cheers

hiya lulu, what polish are you going to use? i use meguiars nxt generation tech wax paste for any initial polishing i do then use nxt gen tech wax liquid wax for in between major detailing. comes up really shiny and the deepest i've been able to get. i'll be in town on sunday if you like i could bring it over and you can have a play with it and see what you think. it's not cheap so no point going buying some unless you know it'll do what your after.

kimmy and i met lu and rohan today for a coffee and a chat, very friendly people you both are, and the pics of KC just don't do her justice! great job, it's great to be able to meet someone on the forum and talk in person and share things found/experienced with.

Next time it's our turn to visit you and your EK. Yay am looking forward to that and thanks again for popping in ohhh and the McGuires Polish/Wax thingo.
Hi to Kim for us.
Cheers

Dave..  Cheeky Bugger
Nah, no sherbert but had sex on the beach (the cocktail..lol) and was taken out for Lobbie Mornay for dinner which was nice. My friends were meant to come down but plans fell thru..she's having MORE car issues and is one angry ant about it, so Hubby felt sorry for me and took me out for a feed. Went for a big drive in KC too, which was great!
What's your update??? :)

I spent the weekend doing electrics, rerouting into engine bay via under guard, put most of it back together and now I am waiting for the man to come and get her for the seats and belts, oh and the 3 rust spots I found as well  . Then some rubbers and suspension and we are on the road.
Plan to drive for a while then paint, paint and paint.
So I am hoping to have a crusier in about 2 weeks........
Good to hear you B-Day was a good one.....
Cheers Lulu. :) :) :)
Whatever....:(
