thanks for ur feedback.. i chose that location as the subject was the cars and girls.. not whats going on in the background

the scummy dirty area really did compliment the subjects being shot, as they were really clean/fresh/new etc and i like the contrast 8)

just a little FYI for some of you in case you didnt know...

i specialise in doing these 50s 60s themed PinUp shoots. girls come to me and ask me to make them a PinUp for a day.. they aren't professional models by no means, but regardless of that I think they all turn out great! i wouldnt take their photo if i thought differently    and the owner of the volunteered car gets a free shoot of their car (also without the girls) on the same day..

i provide a professional hair and makeup artist, and all clothing and props too...

the girls may not be to everyones taste, but these photos are for them... and of course, should a car owner come to me wanting a shoot with a model i would definately provide a professional model of their choice 8)

Thats why your the artist, and not me!

Sparkling car
Glamorours girl
Scummy backdrop!!

Please don't be offended by my opinion,
you know what the say about opinions.

And like i said before, your the artist.
And I did mention I loved your work.

How about, The though of a shoot the same car/girl
with a backdrop of ol' chevs in a wrecking yard
with a greasygirl in overalls with a spanner/oxytorch in her hand.

Just an opinion again.

Remember, your the artist, not me.

Cheers
