Rosco,
I haven't made up a list, thats a great idea and I think I'll do that at work tomorrow.
Your dead right about the small things taking time to get through.
I'm still waiting for reversing lenses coming from Rare Spares and then I have to organise the guy to come up from Brisvagis to do the engineering and mod plate.
Once I get the inside finished off I intend on getting a permit to take it for a wheel alignment and a general road test.
That will be an exciting day
But intil then, still heaps to do

Sounds as if you're well and truly on top of it, Malcolm.
I'm fairly confident that if you find yourself at a loose end - there'll always be "something" you can whittle a few hours away on - I've spent much of the last 36 years doing this................ doesn't get me anywhere - but i usually have a smile on my face with any result gained.......
frats,
Rosco
ps that day when you can legally cruise in your creation is now not far off, and will be one you will NEVER forget...................

Hi all,
Again have been very busy in the shed. Rosco, the list is made and I'm slowly working through it,
only about 29 small jobs to go. Fixed the leak in the fuel tank (touch wood) it worked.
Well finally the interior is about 99% complete, only a few wires to tidy up, interior sunvisors
to fit and a chrome guage bezel to source and fit.
Also I took everyones advice and pulled out the grill and indicators again and painted behind the grill area.
Looks much better.
And no, its not registered yet but they are the plates I'm using. There off my first registered car
I ever bought, so I personalised them and they have been sitting in the cupboard for about the last 10 years.

Well done ! All I can say is that everyone on this site will miss all the action when your finally finished.
Ive started on my car once again and hope you stay aboard for a little advise when needed.
The car looks grouse Mal, cant wait to see it in the flesh!
Definately doing a day trip to Yamba.
Keep us posted with the engine output if you ever get it on a dyno.
Regards Greg

Hey all,
Well another productive weekend in the shed and the things to do list is getting smaller.
But still it hasn't been without its fair share of dramas. Insides now all done, wiper washers made
and fitted and boot lining all finished.
Still have a problem with the electronic speedo not wanting to work, but I'm hoping that won't
be anything to dramatic.
