At what size red motor do you have to fit a collasible column NSW im talking.202 186 149 138

As far as I'm aware in N.S.W you don't need a collapsable column for any red up to and including 186.Collapsable is required for a 202 and above ( ie:- V8 conversion).

That said, there does appear to be different interpretations by engineers as to what they will pass with whatever mods have been done.

Choose an engineer and see what mods they require for whatever conversion you are going for.

NSW rules deems collapsable steering column required for engine conversions bigger than 45 % of original engine capacity.

Which based on original 138 comes out at 200 cubic inch.

So 202 and above, collapsable steering column,186 and below, non collapsable.

In N.S.W that is........
