Approval through....Yehaaaa!

Post by V8EK4us »

The TAC (RTA) has approved V8EK4US! it's all go now as per original specs other than a small tyre width variation.......I originally had 195 (on 15x6 Convos) up front with a seriously tubbed rear end running 15x10 Convos and 295's in the application. I have had to reduce the size variation to less than 70% between front and back. Thanks to Spyder I have secured the 15x6 convo's and 225/60's (new) that he has and this brings the whole project fully street legal with the 6/71 blown 350 SB and a 9" shortened by 160mm to keep the 15x10's under the original guards and match up with the tubbing.

Yehaa! break out the tools....we're finally getting to work on this baby! :D :D :D :D

Now what was that I needed.......grinder, welder, oxy, cutting discs, tape measure...............................ohh yeh, and an imagination to go with the mission! After seeing Mal's project the mind is running wild....well done again Mal!

cheers, V8EK4us.

great news mate :D that means mine should have no problems.

seeing that you are getting all this together has really annoyed a mate of mine as he wanted to be the first up here with a 350 in an EK.... maybe he'll get his arse out of gear and get it done

Most important tool you'll need - for our purposes, is your box brownie..........

You've got a clean sheet of paper - work in pencil before you commit to ink.....

looking forward to another phoenix.....
