Lubricated front end and tail shaft. Adjusted headlights. Just need a shower, pack mum and her bags, and off we go. Image

It is shorts and thongs weather here. Makes for a nice change. Yes,we brought the squeak. Rendezvoused at Roseworthy with the northerners. Image

I had been saying to Elle earlier ,”I wonder what will fall off Roger’s wagon this time”. We were following it when something vaguely cylindrical bounced out from underneath it and disappeared under the ute with a clunk. Not long after they pulled over with a bad vibration. I suspect a uni joint cap has exited stage left. Wagon has gone to the naughty corner and Roger and Mitchell are procuring alternative transportation.

Crossed the Murray at Morgan. Image

Went to Banrock Station for lunch. I had left my petrol cap on the bowser back at Barmera , so Elle and I went back via the Overland Corner Pub. Image
Where we should have gone for lunch.

Then we went drinking and driving back to the digs via the ferry.
