Thanks for sharing Blacky. I love those line and how it resolves into the tail lights. Wheels are a bit big for my taste, and if I was doing all that work I would tucked them in under the guards.

That’s cool!!

Great styling! Oversized wheel arches. One of my favourites by far.

I was thinking the same thing - I actually thought the rear had been grafted onto one at first .....

I like it - the wheel openings to me say "radiused like a gasser" rather than Austin. The sidework is different too, and detracts from the "front door is too long... or too short" argument - definitely not a bellybutton job.

Credit to him for doing something different in a place that has a lot less focus on customs than here. Bet it would make Bob Hirohata smile.

Cheers,

Thanks for the Bob Hirohata reference Harv.
Just did a little deep dive on google.
Love that this car is so polarising.

A pillar, rear window etc looks to be FE/FC

The big wheels make the car appear smaller which is why I at first glance thought it was an Austin with a rear graft.

The Indo custom scene is huge Harv - they do some really cool stuff, they seem to specialise in " Mockaro's " - HK/T/G/Q sedans converted to 2 doors , Toranas too.
