 Fire extinguisher handy, out of mounting bracket, pin temporarily pulled ready to go. Work out where the nearest water hose is, and make sure it has a nozzle on it.
 Mobile phone charged and in pocket.
 Helper (if you can find one) to watch for leaks - fuel, water, oil.
 It will need to crank for a while to prime the fuel line and float bowl.
 Keep it rich and slightly retarded. Watch for signs of lean out or pinging - crackling back through the carbs, miss at cruise revs, burning on plugs (pull a few for a look after the first runs... they should be a pale tan). May have to adjust SU needle or ignition timing once you get it back on the rolling road.
 Keep your face and hands clear of the relief valve. It will eject burning gases at the speed of light.
 Watch the boost gauge. Should be less than 10psi... something odd if it is making more than that.
 Video!

How much of it do you need? Just the throttle control adjusting bracket, or the throttle control upper rod too?

Not sure how much I have, but can take a look this weekend.

The adjuster and the rod would be great Harv - this linkage is proving difficult
Can’t get it to even splutter yet - going through things to see whats missing but looks to be fuel so half way there

It is running albeit very rough and we have some bugs to sort but it starts and runs pretty good given I was the monkey twiddling the screws - need sort the belt tracking issues then we can think about getting it tuned

It’s a 6 inch crank pulley v a 5 inch blower pulley so 20% by that reckoning - not sure how that applies to wray chargers though - Harv may have a better answer
