So I had a fun day yesterday putting the rear screen in.
This time original trim and glass went back in, with a Rares Spares rubber.
The fit on the window was good like the front one and I had no issue putting it on the glass itself.

The trim took a about 1/2 an hour to get right using lots of soapy water and to check that it had seated correctly. This is a painful part and can do your head in but it MUST be done right before you attempt to put it into the car. The soapy water lets it move around quite easily.

Soak the cord, got this from bunnings it makes it easier to pull out later.

Got the suction cups from bunnings a couple of years ago for a shower screen, they work a treat.

Place some sealer arount the edge where the rubber sits and i also put some on the overlap panel to stop water ingress, tape the paintwork as the trim may scratch it.
Place the window in and make sure its centred, you can still move it around at this stage.
Start pulling the cord out and do it equally each side in small increments. Move to the outside and push down from the top to seat it.
