Well the old red rattlers lack of oil pressure was becoming a bit of a concern so it was decided by myself and the voices in my head that the only sensible thing to do was to build a blown injected red motor to replace the ailing 186
I also figured I was going to have to upgrade the box diff and brakes etc as well so last weekend we yanked all the bits out and got the old strumpet ready for Dr Redbeard and my good self to perform an "addagruntome"
New motor going together
Basic idea is 202 with a T700 behind it , narrowed VS Commondore diff which has been fitted now , HR front with Cortina rack and Landcruiser brakes - have fitted an in tank fuel pump from a VE Commode and will run a 7" dual diaphragm booster and dual circuit brakes . The rest of the car will stay looking as crusty as it is now

Awesome addagruntome.

Cheers,
Harv
Have 2 pullies Harv , gonna start at 12 then go to 15 , according to Shane who supplies the kits anything over 15 PSI and reliability becomes an issue and this old hooker does a lot of miles .......
