It's one piece Trev , there's lots of YouTube vids of people chopping windscreens using all sorts of things , I was thinking about a 1 mm disc , battery or air grinder and a hose for cooling , I have some old screens to play around with when the time comes.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

I'll give it one more go with a glass cutter, lighter fluid and a razor blade. Then if I stuff it up I'll be chasing a couple of people, 1 was a limo builder cuts glass with a water jet.

You could try Windscreen Solution he cut my screen for my 49 chev thats been chopped. His name is Ian Philips mobile 0481183783 or have a look at his web site.

Yep time is running out for painting but i can honestly say that i am looking forward to working in the shed when the weather is much much cooler

Hey Man!
You are doing some real cool stuff on that wagon. Did you weld up the vent in the scuttle panel or is it just the photo? Either way your a real "Ideas Man" Trev.
