New Venue For Club Meeting

Wednesday 5 September will see us gathering at a new venue for club meetings. Moorooka Bowls Club is the venue and is in Koala Street Moorooka. meeting will start at the usual time of 7.30pm But I suggest to get there a little earlier to find the lay of the land. We now have a new President in Rob Theodore who will be chairing his first meeting, So all help with settling him into position most appreciated. We also have our Nationals organizing commitee and there will be discussion on these matters as well. Hope everyone enjoys the new surrounds and see you all there.

I have been looking to join the QLD club for a while and now that you guys have moved your meeting venue to about 10mins from home. I should get off my bum and join.

Does the QLD club do any sort of news letter. Would love to be part of it but its a fair drive from Kingaroy.

Yes we do send out a monthly newsletter to financial members and to affilliated clubs. To become a member and on the mailing list send a letter to FB/EK Car Club of QLD PO Box 211 Cannon Hill 4170.

Hey Manda Hows it goin. The EK just had a detail thats all. Hows life in SA. I hear there is a pretty good following down there. I haven't looked at the bay to birdwood pics yet, I will after i finish here. Are you coming to the Nats next year? Be great to see ya and francine.

SA's great, registered Francine down here today, historic rego for 3yrs and you can drive veh for 90 days per year and same goes for the FJ ute. How fab is that, luv luv luuuve SA! FB/EK club down here has first official meeting tomorrow night, so everyone's pretty excited about that. Am really disappointed Francine wasn't finished in time to go on a run with you guys before I left QLD, so would be great to catch up at Nationals. Not too sure yet if I'll definitely be able to go, will have to wait and see what's happening with work.

Is there a meeting tomorrow night?

I actually plan to make it. Have baby sitter for kids lined up and everything, might even bring EK if i reassemble it in time.

Plan to join as well.
