a mate has one with a V6 commodore engine, it's his work van shane did the conversion it was pretty simple, at the guys bucks nite he blew the tyres off it doing burnouts, he has a HQ 1 tunna that he does burnout comps in and he was pissed cause the 1 tunna had never done a burnout close to what the van pulled off

Engineering sounds dodgey anyway, for it to be passed with all that so called rust in the roof, say a lot to be desired.
There's nothing as Sweet as a EK V8

i remember seing one in the early nineties, i was at the lights between that and a walky, i thought the v8 sound was from the walky, the lights went green, it luanched hard and vanished up the road before i could get my foot of the clutch. it looked stock apartt from some XF ghia wheels on the back and it had croda batteries written on the side, i guess a impatient customer was stuck somewere with a flat battery.

that one (croda batteries) used to race at the old eastern creek all the time
besides the previous one i spoke of with the V6 i know of 2 others with V6's the blokes reckon it's a ball at the lights when they leave ALOT of cars and there drivers wondering what just happened

I was at the lights last thursday next to a mate in a recently aquired V6 van complete with flat blue paint ,I was turning off but I slowly did so after the green just to see the reaction of joe motorist ,
I swear - they all just looked around at each other with their mouths open ,I was kacking myself for a good 10 mins

yeah i remember one night when i was in my FC and a mate was in his V8 FC and there was two guys at the lights ready to race each other and i got passed them when the lights went green and then my mate flew out from behind me and passed me, none of us had mags or anything and the two guys that were racing must have felt slow with these two old holdens beeting there race, at the time my FC was only doing 17.0 but the other one was running in the 14's
