New tyres....yes please!!!!!

Post by Joe_FBHolden »

Just picked up the FB from transtate tyres. New tyres, rims and portawalls. Also fitted newly rechromed hubcaps and centre caps. ImageImageImage

Cheers, best part is the rims are powdercoated so they should last a few years or ten. Original rims I'll keep to eventually be sandblasted and painted. Win win i say

Pretty sure they are 185 × 75 13" Maxxis. The Atlas portawalls fit great, even up close they look like whitewalls. The guys at the tyre shop had a few stories about... FB was my first car i had a girl in the back.... i remember driving these when they came out. Good experience all round Pete

Good stuff, Andrew. Wonder what he meant by "had" a girl in the back  . Just be mindful I have 185/80's on mine and they sometimes rub on the spats if there's a dip in the road
