thinking of painting it Strata blue with a snowcrest white roof/maybe creamish? and fb flash
with a bit of a light blue pearl over the blue, but just don't know which blue and white
what would any of you recommend? any thoughts appreciated
been sandind like a demon, primer is nice and dry.....have had a few patches of spidery type rust mainly on the roof which had to be taken right back again..
also when painting I normally do inside all the jambs rehang everything and paint the outside together
should I do a panel at a time then rehang before pearl/clear etc...

 looking good jase good progress
strata blue body with a pearl top coat and a off white / cream roof would look good
I painted my blue wagon with the doors off but gaurds on
the white flash on it has the straight white colour base coat and then a white pearl top coat then the clear over that
as you probably know pearl top coats come in different colours this is a blue pearl on my steering wheel looks good over white
also had it on the off white roof on my green sedan

Nup, stick to how you've done it before. Especially painting the pearl. Less chance of colour mismatch as the pearl will go on in similar plane.

Im way more handsome than that Mick, :(
had a few too many pinholes in the rhr floor so replaced it today
front lh has a few pinholes but is a bit soso, ill probably replace it aswell
I prefer to keep original floors even if they are a bit rusty
I think once you start cutting and welding you just gonna make it rust more...lol
at what point do you guys remove a floorpan?,rust wise
heres some pics, will finish It off tomorrow

thinking about a middle fin on the boot lid ,darn those minitruckers
anyone parting one out else I wreck a couch
been working on it as much as I can
rhs is ready for a 600 rub and paint, lhs all ready bar guard and rear 1/4 need to make a spat..
I use a long block ,and I hate rust
am starting to wire it up ,soldering, relays n shit,i don't have a clue
so I google it ,now I can solder...
had a gander at the minitruckers, the bootlid would look so nice with a fin
so I cut up my unfinished couch?
I need the top ,one fin will do im in bris will pay for postage

Good to see you getting in to it, Jase.

A set of Smooth Customs cruiser skirts would look great on it...

Don't slice up your couch.....a rear quarter will turn up.
