I have some pictures somewhere of a 62 Galaxie in some sort of press release in mid 1961 and it had similar Michigan plates which started with IOM something. I think these are some sort of trade plate or something. It is intriguing to think of an FB in Detroit. The Amercans probably looked at it like we'd look at an Opel or an FA Victor!

Hey Tony, yer certainly interesting, an fb in USA.. what is also interesting is it's date? It's1960, why would they be testing an already released model ?

ok guys, so withthe painted on parts numbers, does anybody know how they did it?

was it a stencil type application?

was it a rubber stamp ?

Its has an auto transmission in it. Cant you tell :)

Just joking. Speaking of radiator hoses, Rares are in the process of re producing top hoses to suit to suit EK factory auto cars.
