HMS PopUp Productions would like to invite you to be an integral part of an incredible upcoming event, the Rumble Free Festival, which will be staged on Sunday the 24th November 2013.

This music, food, arts and ‘retro’ festival will bring a new audience to Northbridge to experience some of the best creators we have to offer, from Perth and interstate. For more information about the festival see www.theretrorumble.com.au

We will be activating interesting spaces around Northbridge to bring an eclectic mix of music stylings to new audiences – ranging from swing, to rockabilly, to soul, to ska, to blues and back again. Our festival will predominantly be situated between the Cultural Centre and Russell Square, along James St, and musicians will be using some unusual street spaces, as well as the Cultural Centre stages, Piazza and Russell Square rotunda. A map will be created to direct patrons around the exciting festival walking tour route, which will include bands, retailers, special food stalls and other festival fare.

We will also be including a retro car and bike run in the festival. To celebrate the best of the era’s, from 1920’s jazz and swing – to 1970’s soul, all wonderful vintage, classic and retro cars and bikes will be welcome – from the Model T, right through to the Charger and everything in between! So we’d love your support to send this invitation out to your networks – inviting all retro makes and models to join us for the Northbridge car run and Russell Square ‘show and shine’.

Retro Run Details

* Starting space – WACA Carpark - Nelson Crescent, East Perth

* Starting time – 9am

* Show and Shine Park-up – Russell Square – Cnr Shenton & James St’s, Northbridge

* Park time – 10am – 5pm

* Registration fee - $25 per car, $15 per bike (which will go in part to festival costs, in part to making the event environmentally friendly and in part to charity)

* Deadline for Expression of Interest - Friday 25th October 2013
