Electronic ignition coil

Post by ben »

I posted a thread somewere about my new coil cracking, anyway i bought a another one and this time instead of mounting it on the block i have put it on the gaurd. It all seems fine now so hopfully that was the cause. A sparky mate recons he has seen a few crack mounted on the block, so its worth keeping in mind if you plan on using a bosch replacment electric ignition coil to run your electronic dizzy.

On the other hand its probably just the modern crap they produce, and i will have to let you know im back running the 40 yr old points dizzy and coil.
