FB - NO BLINKERS or No HORN working

Post by deno »

Hello, wondering if anyone can give me some info, On my FB I have no blinker working on the left hand side front and rear and no horn. Right hand side works fine with the arrow flashing, left hand side has no arrow flashing, no nothing. I think it could be in the steering column but I don't know how to remove the horn mechanism to get the steering wheel off, can someone tell me how its done.
Cheers

Pop the horn button off and underneath is 3 screws that holds the horn ring on.
Check your valves first, then the wires that connect half way down the steering shaft on the top.
(look at me giving tips on wiring) If you know whats good for you ignore what I just wrote, I just don't get wires  :problem: .

Thankyou very much, I will check those things you mentioned first, if all is good, I will go for the horn button, what your saying is that you leaver it off.

Be careful with it Deno, they are pretty easy to chip, I normally use fingernails only
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.
