Hi all,
I drove an EK sedan on the weekend. It was OK but the brakes seemed pretty dangerous....
I want to get an oldie that the wife can drive with confidence as well as haul the kids around and she would have had a heart attack in this one.....
What is the best and safest brake upgrade.....would just a brake booster be sufficient or is the HR front end disc conversion the best way to go??
I am assuming the car would be running a standard 138...
Also any ballpark figures on the dollars I would need to spend (thinking I would need to pay someone if it is beyond basic mechanics)
The car was pretty Ok apart from that but i dont want to smash my budget given it has some rust to contend with......
Brake advice please

Re: Brake advice please
ball park IF you can do it yorself plan on spending i rekon minimum $800, less if yor lucky enough to pick up a front end that's fresh and ready to use
also consider that "legally" it would really need an engineers report there's another up to a grand
