HQ Handbrake

I am putting HQ brakes all round on my FB I am having trouble adjusting the handbrake does anyone know how to do this.

Are your rear brakes adjusted properly ? Should just be a matter of getting the cable tension right after that ......
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.
