well back at work now, but this is how i spent my week off....

started off buying a new mig 8) welded up some holes, 800 wet rubbed the ek down, removed some trims, bumpers, bit more sanding, masked it up, sprayed in etch and then layed down some colour. its not a show job by any means, and ended up being a bit more rushed then i would have liked, but home opens means i couldnt leave it in peices and had to fly back to work. Also thanks to BS for the cruisin skirts 8) now next break is to choose a wheel colour and install the flappers :D plus put the other bits and peices back on, sand the roof, cut it, then polish it :)

i know wont be to everyones tastes but heres the pics :D

roof first

ended up being dark by time i was laying down the black (picked up 4L for $40 :D )

skirts on 8)

next morning

this is the side i sprayed in the dark, couldnt see fck all - will need to throw down some more paint on that side - ran out of thinners too :(
Image
first time ever spraying metallic on the roof too...

this is just temporary spray job so i was too worried how the end result came out - will be getting pulled down for full nut and bolt when i move back over west.

Love your work Woody - just needs to bit a bit closer to mother earth and shes ready to do some cruising 8) 8)

I'm not usually a fan of ém but for some reason I reckon a set of thin whitewalls and moon discs would really suit this car
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Love the "anti theft device" I had one of those until recently  ..If your Pit Teddybear is anything like mine...keep your windows open...the tend to get too excited and "let off odours" with happiness about going for a ride!! :wtf:
