went down to ratrod day last sunday, saw ratbox down there... i must say i was a little dissapointed with the turn out & even less impressed buy myself as i took around 20-30 photoson the day then accidently deleted them...
one was saved...
this ek sound hard & blown, mephious or anyone else, have you seen this animal around...
can you believe that the only onw that was saved was an EK...
Hi champ
This guy is from the gong as he was parked across the road from my house in west dapto. He has only just blown this as i saw it at the holden show at Kembla grange horse track.
Tonyyyyyyy
Stand and listen to knowledge turn your back on stupidity.......
didn't want to knock it but seeing as though someone else did first
high back buckets
simons gold to make matters worse
ride hight
flutes in the guards
to name a few
I spoke to the bloke that owned it at the car show.
He said that it sarted out as a really good original car... crapped on and on about how much better it is now its all hacked up.
Lets just say a car matches it owner 9 out of 10 times
it was the noise his thing made that caught my attention firstly... it sounded real nioce...
i'm also not a fan of the flutes in the guards or those simmons... & the cokpit seems a little weird looking for my liking. keep it simple i say, keeping the original line the car is renown for in the first place...
The words to live by "You gotta know when to hold em " ," Know when to fold em" ,"Know when to walk away and know when to run"
Were written by the guy standing next to the open door .
Could well be the owner because the car is an 80s style and so is the dress code .
BUT IM NOT WHINGING LIKE THE REST OF YOU , Another classic saved from the scrap heap is fine by me and with a bit of luck one day the cars like this that have all the good gear and hard work done will slip into your own hands and you can be proud of changing it to suit your own style , Then Kenny will be whinging about it
