I ended up beating out my old rear bar. Took a full day and lots of rags and timber (cut to different shapes) but im happy with the end result till I get the rear bar I bought yesterday rechromed.
So what you guys think? The bar didnt come out too bad for a bent one :)

This car is a credit to your tradesman skills. Wish you lived down the road from me..I'm about to hammer the crap out of my front bar (to straighten it) tomorrow..& I'm not looking forward to it much..all i can hope is it comes out a straight looking as your rear bar.

Scotty.
