Im not real sure how far you want to go with this engine. Im figuring you mean a rebore and new oversized pistons. No point getting new standards. Depending on how many miles its done the bore would be oval. If you just want to freshen it up hone it. Measure the crank. If its within size get it linished. Get the head recoed and as tim said new cam bearings if the engine block has been acid cleaned. Put new rings, bearings and gaskets and your away.
Im doing an engine like that as we speak. It cost $600 for all the machining with the cam bearings and the head fully recoed with new exhaust valves. Another $450 for rings, big end and main bearings, gaskets and a new alloy timing gear set. Takes about a day to put the engine back together.

I reckon will be hones, crank looks good. Cam not so good, the head looks allright the head gasket is in very good nik, I think dad wanted to get new pistons for it, but wanna get the crank out and cam and take the block to be looked at and see what the go is. So be looking at 800+ down here for the motor
