Bit different though?
I checked out the spot welds and think I could overcome that issue with some seam welding.
After all the work I have put in there is no way this FB is going to sit in the rain, where and how would it leak?
if I have all new rubbers there should be no leaks through the doors even if there is some rain whilst driving, I am seriously considering this option, smoothed customs if you are out there give me your opinion.
On another topic anyone got a smiths heater for sale mine was full of old cigerette butts and 5 cents pieces.

Never seen the drip rails shaved on an FB/EK, but have seen it done on a mini. Looked cleaner, but somehow "awkward" - it caught your eye as it didn't look "right".

This model has a very tall roof section that removing the gutters will visually extend - do the photoshop version first dude .

Personally, i think it could make the roof look higher - i think it would work better on a chopped sedan, or a 2 door.
The right colour will probably help as well.
This might help you get a better picture of how it would look, based on your fb in flat black

You are right it would definatley make it look higher, I have come to the conclusion that the more you do the more you can F#$K up, so I will be reatining everything except the chrome flash surround and the special lettering.
I will have to update MI60FB page, its now back to bare metal again!!! I am waiting on paint.
