Subframe rust

Hi guys...

I need help with a subframe I just picked up. The front is pretty good, minimal rust but the back end it terrible.
the lower legs are almost nonexistent due to the rust, so I was wondering if anyone else has seen this and fixed it? Did you need an engineers report after fixing it? Or should I just give up and say it was a bad evilbay purchase and keep searching for a better one?

You can buy replacement leg parts, not sure where , but I have seen them.

I think Rare Spares also have them, I was just worried because I dont know the length of the replacement legs... the rust on my current ones go pretty far back. I might take a pic tonight and post it.

If they are long enough then I am happy to put the replacement legs on this subframe

I just checked out his ebay store. He is 1/2 the price of Rare spares which is great but only does local pick up, no deliveries, which is annoying seeing how he is in Brisbane and Im in Melbourne

There just so happens to be a small gathering of FB's & EK's in Sawtell where people from Brisbane and Melbourne will be at the same time, sooooo put up a post for some help to pick them up and take them to Sawtell (I think your getting where I'm going with this ) to give to someone from Melbourne (me) to bring home for you ! sorry i didnt get back to you Trev, there is a guy around the corner from my house who is eventually getting a subframe in, he reckons the dog legs are perfect but the front needs a little work, if its the right price, I will get it, if not, I will wander down the Taylors/Rare Spares path again
