EXHAUST SYSTEM - whats better

G'day all.

just starting to do some digging around, need to replace entire EXHAUST SYSTEM on ute. but wanted to check. whats the difference of stainless steel & standard???

Stainless doesn't rust (Great for an occasional driver) and $$$'s

When you find out the price let us know - I wouldn't mind the idea of a SS pipe on my ute when it's done

Spend the money now and go stainless, will outlast standard pipe especially with the fuel your putting in these days.

I had a dual stainless system on my XD, and I still shudder when I think of how much it cost.

If you have the money, go stainless. If not, a standard system should last for quite a while

hey Dave.. long time no here. best quote Ive got so far is $320 from Hume Mufflers.

800+ for stainless
