Best way to clean out a fuel tank

Hi Guy's n Gals
I am pulling the fuel tank out tomorrow moring to give is a clean as there is sludge in the bottom. What is the best way to clean it and what can I use?

Very nice barnfind. There is a por kit that will fix that thank.

I'd be as happy as a dog with two dicks if I found THAT in a barn :D :D 8) 8)

If your tank has lots of bits in it - remove it from the car and fill it up with a bit of water and a couple of handfuls of gravel and literally "shake the crap out of it " :lol: :lol: :lol:
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.
