weather doesn't look to promising though

went over but didn't hang around to long got some pretty scarey looks from some guys with sensible hair cuts and perfect teeth couple of particularly scarey guys had pocket protectors and calculators

We didn't bother , went twice before but probably never again, it's to damn boring and besides i'm a custom guy. Then theres the issue i have with respect, cuz both times we went they told us to park well away from everyone else and the kids were confused as to, why we had too. Even tho my 61 sedan is more period correct as a hottie, than the majority of stockers and suppo-sed resto's.

Some shows are a bit odd.

I was driving to Kurnell the other day and popped by the Kustom Nationals they had there. Some real nice cars were there, but since when does a mid 80's Toyota Corona become a custom just because it has whitewalls and a venetian ?
