Adys FB Wagon

Post by Ady »

Hi all , at long last I have an FB Wagon :D :D :D . Went up to Sydney to pick it up over Easter , big thanks to Troy for selling the old girl to me .
At this stage it looks like it will be some time before I get to do anything to it as I need to get my Monaro painted & converted back to HQ + build a house . But having the FB is a start . The car currently has no motor or gear box & has the floor cut out for a bigger transmission , also has no front seat . But other than that its compleat & in good condition . Im thinking of putting 186 under the bonnet , but I want to keep the car look standard as much as possible . Will post pictures soon

Nice tow rig.

I work at a company who deal in prestige cars and the Range Rovers are my favourite 4x4 there.

Can't beat the supercharged diesel!

Hmmm maybe I prefer the twin turbo v12 Audi q7s.... too hard to choose!

Regardless, the wagon looks like a good start for a v8 monster - perhaps a rover diesel v8 would be a potential powerplant?

No news for my FB other than I got a look at it on christmas day at the folks place . I was sneeking out a for a smoke and just lifted the cover for a quick looksy . I would love to have it going , but the plan at this stage is - register monaro & drive it for 6-12 months  compleate rebuild monaro :D compleate rebuild FB :D :D :D :D :D :D :D . So by some time in 2014 I should have the FB going  :(
