Stevos ek

Post by ekstevo »

the ek project me and the old man started years ago must be finished I think i have it into every last piece at the moment and I have a bit of time hopefully I havent lost too many parts im about to take the doors back outside there all repaired in primer and try and work out if i can paint it while its apart or start putting it back together I ll ask that in another thread as I still have a week of rubbing and priming (ok I m not the quickest worker)

The plan started out to put an injected vk 202 into it but due to the fact that the vk efi stuff is all rubbish (hard to find any left thats any good) It s getting the family vc engine rebuilt with a small crow cam a 2 barrel ww strommie a trimatic and a shortened borg warner ,we have all ready set a booster for 4 wheel disk with hq wheels using 60 series tyers. Hopefully we can start to make it change color this week and bolt the subframe back on.
I ll add to this thread as we go along .
cheers Stevo
