My EK - a long time coming

Post by russo »

My other baby.

Had this since before i was born, grandma won it in a raffle in 1961 and gave it to me when I got my license to restore.
Spent most of it's life under cover and to date still only covered 65,000miles.
Have tended to it a bit here and a bit there over the years (too many to count).
Almost finished; can't find the wipers that I put aside at the start.

Has had a heart transplant and may not suit all tastes; but this was the way i wanted it and I would not have kept it otherwise

Nice sleeper mate, definitely wouldn't think there's a v8 under there.
'The best engine in the world is a vagina. It can be started with only one finger. It is self-lubricating. It takes any size piston. And it changes it's own oil every four weeks. It is a pity that the management system is so f*$king temperamental.'
