I've only seen the full bailey channel for sale never just the felt or brissel. Rares or Spectrum sell Baileys...

I think you need the ones that go along the top of the door , not the bailey channel ?
Try here - http://www.scottsoldautorubber.com.au/H ... 0FB-EK.htm

look under the glass section and they are listed as weather strips - part numbers 351.067 and 351.231
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

i restored the ones in my sedan i used some brisel felt
i went to a place that sold glass slidding doors and brought
some of the felt stuff they use on them and just glued it on the strip
then put the little clips back on and  just like a brought one
at a few dollar's a meter its about a thousand times cheaper and they work
probably even better then the original's :D

Re: vent windows - 1/4 windows - flipper windows

Post by WOWU »

I am currently trying to recondition my quarter vent windows, I have purchased the rubbers from Spectrum but am considering removing the 1/4 vents all together has anyone done this, it just a case of extending the bottom window rail holder so the window does not rock when you wind it up and welding in a u channel then fitting in bailey channel to the front channel?

I noticed a cool looking Orange FB or EK panel van some where on this site that had it done Thanks James
