EK SPECIAL UTE?????

i have recently purchased an ek ute which i asume is a standard ute , but it has items like special guards, chrome around windscreen,special strips on scuff plates,chrome instruments /strip on dash.Are these standard or special items?To my knowledge you cant get a special ute.Could it be optioned up ?The code is EK2106-2101-S

You might just find that these bits have been swapped throughout the cars life, however having said that let me say this (Now I am sounding like a politician)

These cars were built in the days when you could basically order up any bits and have them fitted at the dealership prior to taking delivery, but unless you have original sales documents listing the options it is probably a safer bet that the bits have simply been changed over time to suit the respective owners tastes.
