Got them from Faber, they come in pairs which is good for you.. $30 a pair rings a bell..... I have a spare one here if you get stuck...ha
Ive actually trimmed about an inch or so off the bottom to give you an idea of size..
I think we may have spoken too soon with the fuel problem as it is still there..
It seems to be fine on nice long drives, big stretches of road, high speed, lots of air flowing etc etc...
But it still seems to be there and more apparent on low speed drives down to the coffee shop (less than 2kms) for example..
We did figure out a trick to start it, i get dad to stick his fingers down the tubes of 2 of the carbs and lift the plungers up. Apparently this is releasing some sort of pressure build up. It backfires out the top but then kicks over straight away...
This could prove difficult in dating situations when I inform the lucky lady that i need to stick 2 fingers in her to get her going......![]()
Have got a Holley fuel regulator to see what kind of pressure we are getting in the line. Next stop could be the fancy electric business.
Any words of wisdom?
