Whether some people on here think that this car is not worth whatever price Steve is asking is irrelevant. It's about a person's perception of the car who is thinking about purchasing it that matters to them. We liked it so we bought it!
Steve could have asked 100K for it, and if someone was in the market for one of these great example of a car then if he/she had the moula I can't see why they can't buy it. It's about supply and demand...You can't really put a correct price on something like this. To me, Steve was fair with the asking price tag of this car. Check out the engine, interior, books, and miles clocked on her, original unrestored and unmolested condition, etc, and etc..she is very close to being MINT!!
We are very happy with the purchase and are eagerly waiting to take her for a gentle cruise very soon. Also, we would like to thank Steve, and his family for this wonderful opportunity to own a fantastic example of this model...
Cheers,

nobody said it's not worth it something is worth what somebody is willing to pay, like with some modifications on cars the only person that has to be happy is the owner, it is a strange looking ute though
we were more haveing a go at the fact steve said it wasn't for sale just advertising for the nationals

I understand, but you gotta understand this on my part......my wife likes it, so as the saying goes; "Happy wife,Happy life"
I get the car, and the wife likes it too, so it's a WIN WIN for me
Anyways, off topic now. When is the next Nats coming down to good old city of Melbourne? Have we already had it? When and where was it(year)??
I know they are being held this year in Sydney, so I might pop up in June for a look......
Cheers,
Han.

Congrats Han, the nationals are held between the Vic, NSW, and QLD clubs (maybe SA soon), the Vics had it last year in Bendigo which is a rare thing, usually they are held each year in NSW, just hosted buy a different club, Trev .

Hi Trev,
Thank you...I appreciate it! Although it is as good as sold, myself, and my wife need to fly up to check it out as well.
Spewing, I missed last year's Nat's in Bendigo
would have been great to see all those models in person
Will try to make this year's in Sydney though...
Cheers,
